🛍️ Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• You received a damaged or defective item

• The product is incorrect or missing parts

• The item is unused and in original packaging

Note: Product must include original box, invoice, and all accessories.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items used or damaged after delivery

• Orders returned after 7 days

• Opened hygiene or personal use items

• Products without packaging or proof of purchase

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, please return your item and place a new order.

💸 Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after quality check of returned items.

Refund Methods:

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

• COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Timeline: 5–7 working days after pickup & approval

🚚 Return Shipping

• Free return pickup for damaged or incorrect items

• Customer pays shipping for change-of-mind returns

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, wait for delivery and request a return.
